After your order is placed, it is processed for shipping within 5 business days.

local deliveries (within 5 days). After the order has been processed, you will receive an email to notify you of your upcoming delivery date and time. Delivery times will either be from 8am - 12pm or 1pm - 5pm.

Due to health and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns.

Please send an email to email@example.com with a photo of the product(s). If your order is found to be damaged or defective, it will be replaced, at no cost to you. NOTE: Orders must be inspected and reported within SEVEN days of your delivery date, if found defective.

Refunds are issued for orders that need to be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been shipped.
Are there any preservatives in your spice mixes?
We do not use preservatives in our spice mixes.

Our Signature Spice Mixes can be stored alongside your other seasonings in a cool place.
How long will my spice mixes last?
We recommend using the spice mixes within six months after opening.
